Lisa has spent more than a decade immersed in the commercial real estate industry learning the essentials of what makes good marketing for design and construction firms.  She has had the good fortune to work with a very diverse group of people in the industry including developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, engineers and architects.  This background enables Lisa to provide invaluable diversity with her knowledge and marketing approach as well as bring beneficial relationships to her clients.

Excelling in efficiently handling daily required marketing tasks such as RFPs and collateral, she also has a talent for looking at the bigger picture and guiding her clients through more strategic initiatives. Lisa is focused on delivering effective solutions that drive sales, attract and maintain clients, and build a solid corporate brand. She has special talent for enhancing corporate marketability through electronic and print marketing tools as well as clear, effective corporate messaging.  Her biggest passion is event planning and excels when she can aid clients in planning a company party, event or execute a tradeshow.   

Lisa has also been hands on with business development duties and is therefore able to help clients additionally with BD needs. Through her comprehensive industry network and understanding of what it takes to create new opportunities, Lisa helps identify qualified targets, facilitate meetings and generate quality long lasting relationships for her clients. 

When she’s not fully immersed in her clients marketing, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, stepdaughters Jordan and Kinsley, and their 3.5 year old daughter, Maddie. She has been an avid tennis player for over 25 years and plays both ALTA and USTA, although she’s known to swing a golf club or two! She’s a member of SMPS, Women in Healthcare and the American Marketing Association. Lisa recently received a “10 under 40” Award from Roswell Magazine, which recognizes and honors the top young professionals under forty who have made significant impacts in their careers and in the Roswell community. For over seven years, she has been an advocate and Advisory Council member for The Drake House, a non-profit organization that provides short-term crisis housing, education and empowerment programs for homeless single mothers and their children.

Sajal is a passionate marketing strategist with experience in building strong brands, providing clear and consistent corporate messaging, and delivering distinct design collateral.  From targeted email campaigns and marketing collateral development, to detail oriented client proposals and presentations, she is able to present her clients in a manner that differentiates them from the rest. With more than 10 years of experience, her expertise is focused on small businesses in the built environment including design, construction and real estate.

As a self-starter with motivation and enthusiasm about the work she does, Sajal always endeavors to produce strategies, content, and design to elevate her clients to the next level. Her strengths lie in effective communication skills, strong time-management capabilities, and her meticulous attention to detail.

During her free time, Sajal likes to spend time with her husband, Chad, and two kids, Hailey and Hudson. As a family, they like to explore different restaurants around town, take part in as many child-friendly activities as possible, and spend time with family. All of which are in or around Atlanta, lucky them. When not fully engulfed in family time or work, Sajal enjoys spending time with friends and traveling as much as possible.

Keeley is an out-of-the-box, creative thinker with over 10 years of marketing experience in the AEC and Commercial Real Estate industries. Keeley’s strength is the ability to strategically position her clients in the best light to achieve winning results. Whether it’s an extensive, multifaceted marketing campaign or a complex, public-private partnership proposal, Keeley has the drive, leadership, organization and creativity to consistently deliver a high-quality product to her clients. Keeley specializes in memorable content, unique design, engaging communications, and focused strategy that is customized to align your firm’s resources and strengths to your customers’ needs. 

Having worked with multiple national and multi-national corporations, Keeley is a master at working with and managing large and widespread project teams remotely – even those outside the United States. 

Keeley’s versatile experience also includes the implementation, training, and administration of Cosential, a comprehensive, cloud-based marketing and data management tool and CRM system.  

Keeley spends most of her free time enjoying life with her 3.5 year old son, Kellen, and her husband, Brad. She and her family love spending time outdoors with their dogs, Baxter and Ginger, as well as relaxing at home, learning new recipes, and reading. Her favorite hobby is playing tennis, which she has been doing competitively for more than 25 years and is on several leagues including USTA and ALTA. She has been a member of Commercial Real Estate Women Atlanta (CREW) and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) for several years, and is on the HOA board of her neighborhood as the social chair, managing over 20 popular events every year.
